The ACE Extruder is going to be your favorite tool!
See It In Action: The ACE Extruder is perfect for extruding shapes for canes that can easily piece together just like a puzzle. The ACE Extruder is also perfect for creating beads. Extrude a length of clay in the shape of the disk you've inserted, and cut it to the size and thickness of your desired bead. The ACE Extruder is a heavy-duty extruder, specially designed for the viscosity of polymer clay with a 26 thrust capacity in the trigger. You can extrude as much as a pound of conditioned clay in the 2 inch barrel. The designer disks are laser-cut 3/8" acrylic, and most are available in both the 2" size and the 1" size to be used with the Small Barrel Extruder Accessory shown below. A wide variety of shapes are available, including our fabulous new "mouldings" shapes for framing cabochons, pins, bookplates, dollhouse miniatures, etc. and our new double-hole extrusion disks for making beads and bracelets with the holes already built in. Select shape disks separately below. Each Extruder comes with 2 floral design disks.

The Small Barrel ACE Extruder Accessory has a 1" interior diameter and works with ALL 2" ACE Extruders. It fits inside the 2" barrel to extrude small shapes for canework, beads, mosaics, frames, etc. Easily extrude almost a half-pound of clay at a time.
